3. Prior Conditions
- The client must ensure there are no duplicate sites, content, or pages, and no redirects or doorway pages.
- The client must not have engaged in link exchanges with link farms or any spamming techniques that could harm the website’s ranking.
- While we strive to deliver positive outcomes, we cannot guarantee specific search engine results, traffic increases, or sales from our SEO campaign.
- All fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable.
- If the client modifies the optimized pages created by Click Craze Tech Solutions or fails to implement our recommended changes, any guarantees offered will be voided.
- Click Craze Tech Solutions follows an ethical SEO policy and reserves the right to void any guarantees if the client engages in undesirable actions such as hidden links, link farms, page redirects, cloaking techniques, or automated submission software.
4. Use of Client Information
- Click Craze Tech Solutions reserves the right to use client websites, designs, layouts, and collateral in our marketing initiatives, including portfolio examples on our website, case studies, and other promotional activities, unless the client specifically requests otherwise.
5. Assignment of Specific Rights
To receive professional SEO services, the client agrees to:
- Grant Click Craze Tech Solutions FTP and other back-end administrative access for on-page optimization.
- Permit direct communication with third parties, such as web designers, if necessary.
- Provide full access to existing website traffic statistics.
- Authorize the use of client logos, trademarks, website images, and content for SEO purposes.
- Provide additional text content if needed, or request content generation at an additional cost.
6. Non-Disclosure Agreement
- The client agrees to maintain strict confidentiality of all information belonging to Click Craze Tech Solutions.
- The client will not use or disclose such information without written consent.
- The client agrees not to publicly attack or criticize Click Craze Tech Solutions, its employees, associates, or partners.
- The client agrees not to seek SEO advice in a manner that hampers the reputation of Click Craze Tech Solutions.
- In the event of a breach of this agreement, the client agrees to compensate Click Craze Tech Solutions for reasonable damages.
7. Termination or Cancellation of the Contract
- The contract terminates when all specified obligations are fulfilled or if either party breaches the contract.
- The contract may be terminated by mutual agreement or due to impossibility of fulfillment due to man-made calamities or natural disasters.
- Contracts can be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice after the initial 30 days.
8. Copyright Protection
- Click Craze Tech Solutions retains copyright protection for all materials, information, and publications posted on our website.
- Clients may download, copy, and distribute information for non-commercial purposes within their organization, retaining all copyright notices and without modification.
- Except for “fair use” under copyright law, clients may not use, copy, or distribute website information without prior written consent.
9. Subscription and Billing
- All subscriptions are recurring and will automatically renew at the end of each paid subscription period.
- It is the client’s responsibility to understand Click Craze Tech Solutions’ features, limitations, and process requirements before selecting a plan.
- No refunds will be issued for lack of understanding or compatibility issues.
10. Cancellation Policy
- Subscription fees are automatically charged at regular intervals until the client cancels the subscription.
- Subscriptions can be cancelled by emailing at least three days before the next billing date, with a confirmation receipt sent upon cancellation.
11. Refund Policy
- All subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable.
- No refunds will be issued for cancelled subscription plans, partial months of service, or upgrade/downgrade refunds.
